An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Come join us if you are new or coming back to exercising, had any joint replacements, or trying to recover from an illness.
Complete workout in just 30 minutes! Each 10 minute segment will consist of 4 minutes interval training, 3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes abdominal exercises, and 1 minute flexibility while seated in a chair!
All ages welcome!
