Yoga is a discipline to improve or develop one’s inherent power in a balanced manner. It offers the means to attain complete self-realization. In the last decade, however, yoga has become less of mental practice and more of a physical one. We are pleased to offer this class that focuses on poses in order to create strength and flexibility.
