COVID-19 Guidelines & Changes
PHWEC will open on 9/8/20, including 24/7 access, with a 42 person occupancy
Membership drafts will begin on 9/8/20 – please notify us of any changes
Members will be required to sign-in on the clipboard at the front desk
Members must wash hands as they enter the building
Masks are required at all times except when you are exercising (ages 5 and above)
Social distancing of 6 feet at all times unless individuals are in your circle
Bring mats and water bottles from home (water will be available for purchase)
Fitness class sizes are limited to the first 7 participants
Clean all equipment before and after use (weights and cardio equipment)
Childcare will be on a RSVP system with one family at a time, one hour limit and any toys must be brought from home for each visit
We ask that you stay at home and exercise if you:
- have an immunosuppressed system
- have been exposed to anyone with COVID19 within the last 14 days
- have the recent onset of cough, fever or shortness of breath, recent loss of taste or smell, chills, muscle pain, vomiting, diarrhea or sore throat

Monday-Thursday: 8am-12pm, 4pm-7pm
NURSERY (by reservation only & one hour limit)
Monday – Thursday: 9:30am -11:30am, 4:30pm- 6:30pm
