COVID-19 Guidelines & Changes 

Following new state guidelines, members who have had their COVID vaccination are not required to wear masks or social distance

Those who have not had the vaccine are responsible for their own safety through masks and social distancing

We still ask that anyone who has the following symptoms to stay at home: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, body aches, sore throat

  • Please continue to:

    • sign in each time you workout
    • wash hands before you exercise
    • clean equipment before and after use
    • bring your exercise mat and water


    Monday-Thursday:  8am-12pm, 4pm-7pm

    Friday: 8am-12pm


    NURSERY (by reservation only & one hour limit)

    Monday – Thursday: 9:30am -11:30am, 4:30pm- 6:30pm

    Friday: 9:30am-11:30am
